Terms and Conditions of sale
1. We are Trading as Symbolfashion registered in England. These are the terms and conditions of your purchase from Symbolfashion website: www.Symbolfashion.co.uk We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and any such changes will be effective to all new orders included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on this website.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these terms and conditions.“contract” means the contract between you and us for the sale by us and the purchase by you of the goods. “goods” means the products and other items which we sell to you and you buy from us.“terms” means the terms and conditions which govern the contract.“we” “us” or “our”
“website” means www.Symbolfashion.co.uk 2. Our contract 2.1 By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.2 We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time.You should therefore read these terms each time you visit the website before you buy goods. 2.3 You must be over 18 years old to purchase from us. 2.4 Please check the details of your order before you finalise your order. You will be sent an email to confirm your order.If any details are not correct please let us know as soon as possible. 2.5 We will send you an email confirming that your order has been despatched. We will only despatch your order once your payment has been received and cleared 2.6 We believe that all the information on our website are correct at all times. We cannot completely guarantee this and do from time to time have to make amendments. 3. Price and Payments
3.1 We do our best to ensure that the prices on our website are correct at all times. If however,we discover an error after you have placed an order,we will contact you as soon as possible.
3.2 If the correct price is lower than the one you have paid,we will credit the difference back onto your credit/debit card. 3.3 If the correct price is higher than the price you have paid,we will not require you to pay the difference. 3.4 All prices are in pounds sterling. 3.5 All prices include V.A.T. 3.6 We except all major credit/debit cards including visa, visa delta, visa, electron, maestro, switch, solo, mastercard, 3.7 We use PayPal for all card transactions are completed through a secure encrypted facility. PayPal collects your card details and sends them directly to our bank.Your details are not stored on our website and are not seen by us. 3.8 For security reasons, do not include your bank/card details in any emails you send us and we will never ask for them in an email. 4. Delivery
4.1 Subject to goods being in stock we aim to deliver to you within 3-5 working days of your payment being cleared.( uk only, outside of uk will differ please email us for details.)
4.2 For orders in the U.K,within our flat rate area, depending on the size and weight of your order, we will send either Royalmail or Parcel line. 4.3 For orders outside our flat rate area we will send via Royalmail airmail or Parcel line.The delivery charge and expected delivery times will vary depending on where the order is being sent to. Delivery within the UK mainland is FREE. All other costs are shown on our cart page. 4.4 Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and is subject to Royalmail and Parcel line.We cannot accept liability for any delays occurred by forces out of our control.If you have not received your order within 10 days (uk orders) or 20 (outside uk orders) please contact us by email 4.5 If the goods are returned to us because they were not delivered or collected or because the delivery address you gave us was wrong, we will charge you for resending the item. 5. Changing or cancelling your order and returns
5.1 You can change or cancel your order at any time until we despatch your order to you. If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately by email.
5.2 You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day the order was received. Providing the goods have not been worn, used, altered or damaged and are in their original packaging with tags attached. You must let us know in writing by email. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returns. We will provide you with a full refund of the goods and the price of us sending them to you, or if you wish, an exchange for another item.you will be responsible for the returns costs. 5.3 Unless the goods are faulty we will not accept a request for a return of goods which is made after the 7 days period. 5.4 We do not except returns of underwear or pieced earrings unless they are faulty in any way. 5.5 If the goods we send you are faulty we will give you a full refund, or exchange for another item. We reserve the right to obtain a third party expert opinion to determine whether the goods are faulty. 5.6 If the goods are determined faulty when we receive them back your return postage costs will also be refunded. 5.7 Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. 6. Returns Procedure
We will give you free returns on any items you choose to return to us.This will be in the form of a refund to the original payment method. ie. if you purchased your items will a credit card the return cost of postage will be refunded back to this card. Goods need to be returned to Symbo within 7 days from the delivery date, Unworn, with tags attached and in the original condition.
Please fill out the returns form provided, instructing us of your request. Goods can be exchanged for a different size , colour ,another product of the same value or a full refund. 7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 If you are buying the goods as a consumer your statutory rights are not effected by these terms.
7.2 We will not be liable for fault in goods which is caused by wear and tear, neglect, wilful damage,abnormal use or failure to follow care of goods instructions. 7.3 If the goods are faulty through our fault,we will provide the rememdies as outlined in the returns terms above. 7.4 We will not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of the contract as a result of performance or failure to perform relating to our goods that are out of our control. These cause include,but are not limited to, acts of god, explosion, flood, fire, storm, war, riot, national emergency, strikes,industrial action or power failure. 8. General
8.1 We aim to provide you with the best possible service. If however,you are not happy with any aspect of our service to you or if you have any suggetstions as to how we could improve our service, we would like to hear from you.
